2.線上訂票
「快速」時間急迫，需要快速訂票。
「完整」可以填寫更完整的乘車資訊，例如靠窗。
「兩鐵列車」是指可以攜帶不能折疊的自行車的列車。其餘的列車必須把自行車裝進攜車袋裡。
「騰雲座艙」是更高級的車廂，在自強號3000型城際列車第6節車廂。
訂完票到超商按機器印單子到櫃檯結帳，櫃檯會印一張紙本車票。
這張車票使用時不是透過自動閘門，而是要刷旁邊的QRCode機，沒有閘門。
如果找不到機器可以直接詢問站員，不能直接投進驗票閘門機器，閘門不會打開，票還會卡在裡面。

直接到火車站櫃檯、火車站自動售票機購買
4.使用悠遊卡
可到超商櫃檯購買悠遊卡，然後儲值。
進閘門時直接刷卡就可以了。
使用悠遊卡可以坐區間車或其他火車（自由座），若是對號列車就必須站著。
觀光列車、團體列車、太魯閣列車、普悠瑪列車、不設自由座列車、專屬列車不能使用悠遊卡直接搭乘。
5.搭車
記住乘車車次，看大廳上面的時刻表找到車次就可以確認是「南下」還是「北上」
然後依照「南下」「北上」前往搭乘手扶梯，進入月台等候火車。

臺北市➜新北市➜基隆市➜新竹市➜桃園市➜新竹縣➜
臺中市➜苗栗縣➜彰化縣➜雲林縣
➜高雄市➜臺南市➜嘉義市➜嘉義縣➜屏東縣
如果是搭乘區間車前往小站不知道是「南下」「北上」，建議記車號會比較快。
你可能會疑惑1、2、3月台要去哪一個，總之就是依照「南下」「北上」搭乘手扶提前往月台就對了。
上月台之後，月台上的電子螢幕上會顯示哪個車次是哪個月台。
例如
北上有2、3月台，搭手扶梯上去之後發現左邊是2號月台，右邊是3號月台。兩個月台只在隔壁而已。
不會同樣是北上，2號月台在對面，3號月台卻在這邊的情形。
不會讓同方向的旅客兩邊奔波。

6.搭乘火車
列車抵達時先確認車上外面顯示的車次是否正確。
如此一來就可以成功搭乘囉。

2.Online ticket booking
「Regular Car」
「Bicycle-friendly train」It refers to trains that allow you to bring non-foldable bicycles. For other trains, bicycles must be packed into a bike bag.
「Business car」It is a more advanced carriage, located in the 6th car of the Ziqiang 3000 series intercity train.
After booking the ticket online, go to the convenience store, use the machine to print the receipt, and then pay at the counter.
The counter will issue a paper ticket.
This ticket is used by scanning the QR code machine next to it, not through the automatic gates, as there are no gates.
If you can't find the machine, you can ask the station staff.
Do not insert the ticket directly into the ticket gate machine, as the gate will not open, and the ticket will get stuck inside.
3.Buy tickets on-site
Directly purchase tickets at the train station counter or the train station ticket vending machine.
4.Using an EasyCard
You can purchase an EasyCard at a convenience store counter and then top it up.
When entering the gate, you can simply swipe the card.
The EasyCard can be used for local trains or other trains (with unreserved seating). However, for reserved trains, you will need to stand.
The EasyCard cannot be used directly for the following trains: sightseeing trains, group trains, Taroko trains, Puyuma trains, trains without unreserved seating, and exclusive trains.
5.Boarding the Train
Remember your train number, and check the timetable displayed in the main hall to confirm if it is heading "southbound" or "northbound."
Then, follow the signs for "southbound" or "northbound," take the escalator, and proceed to the platform to wait for the train.

If you're taking a local train and are unsure whether it’s heading "southbound" or "northbound," it’s recommended to check the train number for quicker confirmation.
You may wonder which platform to go to in platform 1, 2, or 3.
Just follow the "southbound" or "northbound" signs, take the escalator, and head to the correct platform.
Once you're on the platform, the electronic screens will display the train number and its corresponding platform.
For example:
For northbound trains, there are platforms 2 and 3.
After taking the escalator, you’ll find platform 2 on the left and platform 3 on the right.
The two platforms are right next to each other.
It won't be the case where, for the same northbound direction, platform 2 is on the opposite side and platform 3 is on this side.
They won't make passengers heading in the same direction run around between platforms.

6.Boarding the Train
When the train arrives, first confirm if the train number displayed on the exterior is correct.
This way, you can successfully board the train.
